Q: Can I buy refills from WiseWipers that will fit in my current wiper blades?
A: No. We only have rubber refills for the blade models we sell because the rubber refill is unique to each wiper blade.
Q: After I buy, when will I receive my wiper blades?A: Most blades arrive 5-8 days after purchase.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied, let us know within 90 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
Q: How difficult are the blades to install?
A: The most difficult part is usually getting the old blade off. Most customers can replace their blades in 5 minutes.
Q: How difficult are refills to insert?
A: The Valeo First wiper blade was chosen because the rubber refill inserts easily. Most people can replace a refill in under 1 minute.
A: The end cap has been designed to be robust. We have not had a broken end cap. If your end cap does break, we will send you a new blade with expedited shipping. If necessary for safe driving, please stop driving or purchase another blade at a local store and use until our blade arrives.
